Wi-Fi was fast, and the tv was a nice touch. No luggage storage.

The charming tropical garden offered a lovely retreat.

Unfortunately, my room was in the basement and felt cramped, lacking adequate ventilation. The smell of mildew was quite unsettling, and despite the lovely ambiance, it made it difficult to unwind. I also noticed that common areas were somewhat untidy with bags of linen and rubbish lining the corridors .

What a real good stay, no complaints. Great breakfast with different juices and outside in the garden, for instance, helpful personnel. Location short walk to the most restaurants, the centre, and the beach, old town and the train station.

This charming villa is an absolute gem! The breakfast spread is good, with fresh pastries and organic choices in a lovely courtyard. Plus, the owner, Christophe, is so attentive to guests' needs, offering personalized recommendations around Cannes.

The stay was great, especially for a family trip to explore Cannes and enjoy the nearby attractions. The breakfast in the garden was a good start to each day, filled with fresh pastries. We also appreciated the direct access to the town and beach. It made our outings so convenient.

OMG, I was, like, totally in love with this place! The garden was so chill for breakfast with yummy fresh pastries, and the owner's, like, super nice, totally helping us plan our days. Just a quick walk to the beach and that cute pizzeria across the street? So good! But the Wi-Fi, like, kinda lagged sometimes.

The historical building was beautifully styled, and my room overlooked the gorgeous garden. Breakfast among the trees was a good touch that exceeded my expectations.

The owner, christophe, was so cute. The location is perfect, close to the beach and with great restaurants nearby. We loved having breakfast in the beautiful garden, and the room was spacious and comfortable.
